I've just set up a new hotmail account. I have gone through the process of linking my old hotmail account to the new one. It says that I can access the old email account through the inbox where the tool icon is. When I hit this icon a message comes up saying You can receive email from the following accounts. There is no account displayed. What am I doing wrong? I went back and repeated the steps through the hotmail help section but only came to the same conclusion.
