I signed up for internet service in 2007 with Qwest/CenturyLink and at that time I created my email address that is a msn.com address.  I no longer need internet service at home but want to verify that if I cancel my internet service with Qwest/Century Link will my email address still be accessible through Hotmail or Windows Live?  Is there a charge for this?
