hotmail on my mobile isnt working for sending emails. i can receive but cant send.

i cant send via the webmail but not on phone.

it was working fine last night i was sending from my phone fine

my gmail and dodo accounts work fine on my mobile for sending and receiving, just hotmail isnt working

i can send from the hotmail website just not on the phone, it just fails. says unable to send. no error msg

is there an issue with m.hotmail.com (mobile platform)?
