I have been hacked and I have been asking for help for some time now. They have finally got in. Some of the mail I was keeping
has been deleted. They have gotten my info now and have used my credit card. I have wrote you many times and you keep
sending me to a forum. I need real help. Where are your tech people? If I can sit and watch them typing in things trying to
get in, how hard could it be for a tech person to do that and stop it? I clean and scan my computer regular. I don't surf the
web. I don't open mail from anyone that I do not know. I live in NC, USA and I'm the only one that uses this computer.  I have not
given my permission to anyone to share my Windows site, e-mail or anything. i don't want any other to manage my site with
me. Also, I have never asked for the special ID number but i see that i have one. I suppose you gave that to the hacker.
I do not use the voice or video but it appears that someone is using that to.  How hard can it be to look and see where all this is
coming from? In the name of God, its my name and life that could be ruined. I need real help, PLEASE!!!
