I am no longer able to view my email.

I can log in fine however when I try to open an email, nothing happens.  I can go from inbox to the other folders with out any problems.  when in another folder I am not able to open sent emails ect...
If I log into the account while on my phone, I am able to view send edit emails with out any problems.  I just can't do any of this while on the computer.
Any idea why this is happening?  Ideas on how to correct this?  Any help would be great!
