I have been sent an email from HOTMAIL TEAM (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) saying that an invalid login attempts (sic) into my account has been made from a different location or device. As a result it goes on to say that my account access is being temporarily limited or restricted until my identity has been confirmed via https://login.live.com/login.srf? How do I know this is a valid request for my account details, especially if 1) poor grammar has been used and 2) microsoft directed it to my junk mail box?
