I have been trying to convert a  .wlmp file into an .mp4 file or to .mwv file but unfortunately all I got is a blank (or black) empty screen. I'm using windows 7 Home Premium on my laptop and followed the Opening project - save movie - select format - convert steps several times but all failed. Anyone please advise why am I getting this black/empty screen ?
