Sent a professional email with to a company requesting an audition with a large attachment (23MB) zip file. They came back to me saying they had received it 10 times - that number has since grown. 

I decided to forward myself that email to my personal email address (not my Professional one) to see if it did the same, and it does! I know receive the same message every 5 minutes! This does not look good for me, as they'll be getting it again and again too!

It's 3am here, I need this resolving ASAP really!!

I've tried starting to use Outlook 2013 to see if that helps, I was led to believe I could "change the server time-out limit" but I can't find a way to do that and stop the message sending!
