Hi,

I've been trying to reach the rewards center to email but for some reason the page will not send to you all.  I have been having on going issues with my points balance restarting itself whenever it feels like it. The first time I had almost 2 weeks streak and I come back the next day and it's at day one. So I continue thinking maybe I forgot that day, nope not the issue its continuing to do it to me whenever it feels like it. I can go 2 days and reset, I can go a week and reset, it doesn't matter it just resets from day one whenever it feels like it. In return I'm losing bonus points for logging in everyday and playing for rewards. 

This is my 3rd time to contact somebody and hope that it goes thru this time. It hasn't stopped doing it and just did it to me again today!

What is it that needs to be corrected or fixed for this to stop happening? The page just sits there when I hit send message to the department, that is why I am here!

I hope someone can please help me out here, let me know what's going on and how were going to fix it!

I know this has nothing to do with the issues listed, but I can not find another way to contact anyone for help! If I need to go elsewhere please let me know! I don't know what else to do!!!!
