I'm running Windows 10 and suddenly can't crop photos how I'd like.  I can only crop them diagonally.  I can't crop them horizontally or vertically.  If click the corner of the picture and attempt to drag it straight across (to maybe crop the picture in half) I can't do it.  It will only crop corner to opposite corner, if that makes sense.  This has just started in the last week, and I have the most recent updates.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
