I am having a very strange issue with Outlook at the moment, and hope someone has a solution...

I've used Office for Mac for a long time and Outlook is used every day for both personal and business use. I have a total of 6 mailbox accounts linked to it, 1 POP and 5 IMAP and have never had any real issues at all until now. This issue has caused me to stop using Outlook until I can get a solution.

I initially open Outlook and am presented with all the correct folders, etc. I am prompted to accept the certificates from the external IMAP gateways and so on.. No problems... However if I press the Send/Receive button strange things start to happen! Firstly and most importantly, all my IMAP emails disappear from the grouped inbox, and all I see is my POP emails. Plus I have no access to the inboxes of any go my IMAP emails!!

It happens every time and i've tried a database rebuild and even a full install of Office, but it still does it..

Any ideas?

I would like to know,how to see the memory storage in exchange for outlook  2011 for mac,or it only can check your actual quota in Outlook Web App.

I am trying to export my Outlook 2011 information to another computer and the export function simply does not work or I am too dumb to understand how to use it; before I can export, I have to respond to a drop down box and either cancel  or save; no matter which selection I make, it cancels the export; there is also no selection to export my mail folders..

I cannot delete approximately four emails in my "important" folder.  As a result the folders don't appear to be "synching" properly (last synched 4/1/2014)

The I cannot locate the subject e-mails in the Gmail server.

All e-mails in question appear to be partially downloaded.

How can I delete these e-mails?

Webmail shows new email but never appears in Outlook client inbox

I can remove the account and re-add the account, inbox will show all correspondence up to that time but still doesn't receive any new emails after

I was using version 14.3.9 when this first happened, updated to 14.4.1 and the issue still persists

Can anyone help me resolve this ?

i have just purchased a yearly subs to office 365, clicked download, said its installed but can see it anywhere. have looked in downloads but only see office 2011 which i already have but it doesn't have outlook on it. help

I have an exchange account set up in Outlook 2011 on a Macintosh running Mavericks. I archived some past mail messages in folders stored in the "on my computer" folder to get them off the exchange server. I had to restore my mail file from  a Time Machine back up and the "on my computer" folders are gone.  (yes, I have them as visible in the preferences)  My question is, where do those physical folders reside? They are clearly not in the mail database for my identity as they would have been restored with everything else.  Stumped?!?!?

When I first purchased Office 2011 a few days ago, I imported my old Entourage emails; all was fine. Now, not a single email shows in my Outlook mail, though it shows that I have unread emails. And all the emails that were initially in my folders are still there. But nothing in my inbox, drafts, sent, or deleted.

Additionally, I can send emails. And when I receive an email, it shows it being downloaded but it is nowhere to be seen.

If I do a search for an email I know used to be in my system, it will show up in search, but not in my inbox.

I've tried every type of viewing setting but I still imagine it must be a viewing issue??

I'll be grateful if anyone can offer suggestions to solve the problem!

Just bought the new MBA and want to utilize the office for mac 2011 I bought online at the beginning of last year.

I know there are tons of threads on this topic but none of them worked.

Most MVP from support.microsoft say that i just need to install it and then utilize the old product key but does not work. this is what I get:

- i am required to fill a form with product key+language+verification code

- i am prompted that for my product key ithere is an H&M office mac 2011 available

- I click continue and I get again the initial form to be refilled.. if I do it again, it simply go to the same form to be filled

can anyone help?
