Forgotten Password

I have created Hotmail ID which I didn't used but I used that for my windows phone now I want to retrieve password which I forgotten but was unable to on that as I have not sent any mail or created any folder.

I need this ID password as all my phone details were linked to this only.

 

Please help me out or provide some solution to regain my phone data linked to this ID.

skydrive app does not show green updated checkmarks

We installed Skydrive on a laptop and see all files on Skydrive.com.  The same files are on the hard drive and we can access them.  The cloud icon states that all files are up to date, but no folders or files show the green checkmarks.
What is the cause of this?  How do we fix the issue?

all emails went missing

I realised today that my saved youtube subscriptions under my hotmail email addresses are gone, and when I tried to sign in to my hotmail, and I realised that also all my emails (for years!!) were missing. Please help!! I tried to do the recover from deleted mails but it didnt help.

When I connect ..it checks for mail and it says I have no mail but I know I have mail coming.. I did receive a alert about some error but I thought it was a hoax so I deleted it.. I do not know where to go to get this corrected.

How to register for – make me change my password every 72 days option???

I have just changed my password after lots of problems gaining access to my account.  I noticed there was the option - make me change my password every 72 days - at the time I didn't tick this option, but now think it's a good idea.  I went back to try and rectify this but that would mean changing my current well thought out new password which I want to stay attached to for a while.  I'm expecting the reply to say there is no way to have both things I want, but I thought I'd just ask as there may be? Thanks for listening.
