I had a microsoft account for my organization with my own domain name, but I accidentally deleted it and cannot get it back. Is there any way to recover it so I have my old account with personal domain name again?
I cannot recover my primary account and I have had 3 chat sessions with microsoft and they send me a link to the solution but when I click on it,I get a message that my account is not the primary,so I can not get to a solution.my contact email for now

I have entered a wrong date of birth on my primary Hotmail account. After modifying my account’s profile, I got blocked by a message
stating that I need a parent’s permission before I can access my email account. After contacting Microsoft, I faxed two forms of ID and
supporting information to confirm my identity to Windows Live ID Child Age Verification Department on August 31st, 2013. I received an
email back from Microsoft account team that my the information that I have submitted for my primary email account has
been verified and I was advised to click on the provided link to reset my password. I followed the given instructions and successfully
rested my password. When logging back to my account, I am still getting a message stating that I need a parent’s permission before I
can access my email account. My account is still blocked and I am not able to access my emails. Just for the records, I am accessing
my account from an overseas location since I am stationed for work purposes.
I have been locked out of my account for almost two weeks now and I really need to access my account as soon as possible since it is
my primary email account. Web filtering is not working on my Family Safety. I started suspecting it wasn't when inappropriate ads started coming up, so I tested it. I can search an inappropriate topic, go to the site and see images immediately. What's wrong? It says it is on
and on the general setting that blocks these sites!

I cannot find my Contacts folder or a list of my email contacts. It is NOT at the bottom left of the folders where it used to be and I need to delete some old contacts. Can someone answer this problem/question for me please?
I signed in to my account today to find ALL my emails missing, except for a new "Welcome to your new Outlook.com" message. My inbox was upgraded to Outlook.com a couple of months ago at least and by knowing that I have obviously logged in within the last
270 days. I retained my old @live.co.uk email address when I upgraded. I have already checked the deleted messages auto-recovery link which turned up empty. Conversation threading is not enabled.
The same thing has also happened to another account. The e-mails on both of these addresses are extremely sentimental. I hadn't made any backups of the emails as they have never been set up with a POP/IMAP client and I believed Hotmail/Outlook.com to be
a reliable service.
Is there ANYTHING that can be done to try and retrieve these? I'm not very hopeful (I doubt you'll be looking through server backups to bring them back for me)
How can I change the email address to which I want my security code sent if it is needed?
