Question about Outlook Express

Hi,

My Desktop application has stopped signing in, possibly (or not related) since I updated my dev machine (a different machine) to Windows 8.1 RTM.

I've checked the 3 certs are in place and valid.  On this machine the Windows Store (Metro/ Modern) Skydrive App is working correctly as is the web site.  On the Windows 8.1 machine, everything is also working correctly there too.

Looking at the log files - I'm happy to post them in a private area -

So, I know the network, dns and certs are all fine, plus the Win 8 native app works, just not the desktop app.  I've not uninstalled / reinstalled yet as I have 12GB that would sync down.
