I've been told by Microsoft Support, on Twitter, that IMAP can be used as the default protocol for fetching emails but for the love of God I can't figure out how to do that. Any suggestions?
Microsoft recently introduced IMAP support for Outlook.com So, it strikes me as a bit odd that IMAP isn't the default email fetching method for send & receive accounts (like Gmail), in Outlook.com, and instead the antiquated POP is still used as the de-facto
protocol.
Please can you enable the password reset option in the windows live admin center for my domain sterk-olomouc.cz ?
A user has forgotten their password and I need to reset it.

Why is the following folder being created in all of my Personal Data Folders - "the file so that changes to the file will be reflected in your item." over and over in a numerical sequence? I can delete most of the folders except two, normally ending in
1 & 2. However, the next time I long in Outlook more folder appear normally being numbered 1 to 8.
I am logged into my Microsoft account and sky drive but it keeps telling me to activate my account. When I try to activate my account and type in my email and password it says that my account isn't associated with this office product. How is that so? How
can I get it to activate?
I have been a hotmail user for years but last week the inbox loads up then disappears after a couple of flashes. I can still get hotmail on iphone but not on my apple laptop ?

When I send emails via Microsoft Outlook 2013 they do not appear in the sent folder. Sometimes I do not know if they arrive but other times I do get a confirmation email from the people I was emailing.
My skydrive app on my mac is giving me the message "downloading personal (web) url..." and won't ever finish. It will sync all my other files but keeps trying to download something. Is there a setting I need to change to make it stop syncing?

Cannot access Email disabled by deleted item excess which should be re-restored after clearing folder. Instead, uutlook functions remain frozen. Attempts to verify ID won't work as code sent to my phone contains six digits but vrrify box will take only
four resulting in falure to verify. This entire system is NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!!
The SkyDrive desktop app installed on my machine has worked fine for months, and all of a sudden it has stopped syncing. When I hover over the taskbar icon, it says that SkyDrive is not signed in.
Following some of the instructions in other forum posts, I uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop app. Still no luck.
I've taken a look at the error logs, and the same three lines keep popping up every few minutes:

My network connection is fine - I'm able to access the internet (as I'm posting this question, for instance), and I can access my SkyDrive files through the immersive app.
Any ideas how to fix this?
