My issues are a) when we are sent a code by email, what is the format? I (and others) are just not getting the codes and methinks it's because we have set up filters with our ISP to stop 'junk' hitting our inboxes. E.g. one of my filters blocks some comms
where the word 'security' is a keyword. Point b), because of the issue with a), I want to provide a mobile/cellphone number so you can send a code there but the way to do it is not evident without the possible risk of wiping my alternative email addresses
(one of which has the issues mentioned in my point a). Can anybody help please? As a rider, my problems all seemed to stem from changing my password . . . perhaps we should not be so brainwashed into doing this??
Hi - I've been through many of the forum posts but without the success I expect!
I have been trying to retrieve a email address that was lost when I removed an alias on my work PC (as I got a work email address).
After over a month and 4 separate reference numbers I have nothing and they have stopped replying to my emails.
The main issue seems to be that they post a solution and give me a link to view it, but every time, no matter what email I use to log the issue/ which email it is referring to... It comes up with "EMAIL is not allowed to view this incident".
They have asked me to scan my driving license to prove who I am, but the information on my driving license is WAAAAY more recent than the info I used to sign up for the email 10 years ago!
Anyone got any ideas?

Apperantly someone hacked my account and spread a download link to share my backup files (my e-books ...) and before I knew it my account was blocked. I noticed that folders were shared, so I unshared the folders and changed the password. Didn't have time to move my files to another safer location and decided to keep that for another day ... and that day never came since I don't have any access to my SkyDrive nor my email.
Spend a fortune calling the "customer support" (yeah right, no support would be a better name!!) and finally I found a small issue that made it able for me to get some help. The answer I got was that it wasn't related to my email and that I should contact the SkyDrive help via some form. Filled in that form several times 'cause you didn't get any confirmation as to whether the form was send ... still no answer till today ...
Finally found this forum and another form to be used ... sigh ...
WHY is there no easy way to get some support from Microsoft??? WHY is there NO mail access when there's a problem with the SkyDrive??
WHY are there no easy to be found contactnumbers or mailforms to request support??
PLEASE HELP ME since I desperately do need to forward those emails to the Justice Department as it is related to a court issue!!

O mesmo problema eu estou tendo mesmo ao mudar de browser, mas não estou tendo o problema em outra conta que possuo pelo Hotmail. Sábado a noite eu enviei um e-mail teste para meu e-mail e recebi, como também recebi um ultimo e-mail de minha esposa, mas outro que ela enviou ontem a noite, retornou para a caixa dela.
Este problema, notei que estava acontecendo algo estranho, desde o dia 13 para 14 deste mês.
A alteração que fiz recentemente foi a mudança de senha, por ao tentar abrir minha conta, recebi um e-mail da Microsoft condicionando a abertura de conta devido a processos de segurança.
E como resposta da última pergunta orientadora, não estou recebendo nenhum e-mail de contato algum!
Agradeço pela atenção e ajuda que fico no aguardo de orientações!!!
