I am experiencing problems receiving some email messages. Please advise how to resolve this.
My inbox says I have 1 unread email, but even when I mark everything in my inbox as READ, it still says that there is 1 unread email. Please advise on how I remove this.
(even moving all emails from my inbox to another folder, the inbox still says there is 1 unread email)

My hotmail account has been blocked for seven days. I have phoned, posted submitted the form five times, still no access just directed to more forms.
The form does not ask my security question and says the information provided is not adequate but I have checked email addresses with family and friends. I think it may be because I had to change my alternative email address, I set up this account about
ten years ago and I cant remember it.
It seems that because this is a free account there is no personal support it is all automated.
I don't know what to do, this is my work, I've lost it all.
Every time I try to install skydrive, I get to the get started page and can click get started, but then skydrive doesn't respond. Thus far and I have tried reinstalling 4 times. I ran virus scans to make sure that wasn't the problem, but no luck. I am

How do i delete the addition email addresses that appear in the drop down when i enter the first letter of my email address in the box when accessing my outlook email account.
My son is trying to access the outlook.com. His account ( @live.com) is under the family safety.
After typing the user name and password, he gets an error message ""Your account is not ready.... It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. Click "Go to Family Safety settings" to finish the process and
get into your account."
And clicking on the link takes him/me to "The page you have requested does not exist, has moved, or is temporarily down."
I removed the web filtering from his account by logging in using my account but it did not solve the problem for him.

'the microsoft support moderators can best address your concern. I am closing this account, and no contact will result no response."
