I can't recover my son hotmail.com account. He has no alternative email, no telephonenumber, and so on. The alternative emailadress does no longer work. He never bought anything with creditcard, nor did he send emails. How do I get my sons account unblocked
again?
An account under my custom domain started getting this error today - I've noticed a couple of other people with the same issue in the forums getting private responses, can someone please give me a hand?
Outlook is insisting I give them an alternate e-mail address, so I did. I got a Security Code from that address, but I can't figure out how to enter it into my Outlook account.
why can I not get into my account without changing my password every time?
I logged into my Hotmail account and was presented with a notification that my inbox had been upgraded.
After pressing ok the only email I saw in my inbox was one from Outlook.com. Could someone help me recover my emails as there are some very critical ones that I need.

I can not sent / recieve email with Windows 8.1. It started about 3 days ago. Also several apps, one is weather, are not updating. I believe some software updates were automatically installed about the time things stopped working.
I have been unable to find any error message that I think might be related. But I did get a message about internet connection problem but the internet works find with desk top apps.
I can not connect to "The Store"
I am using outlook from any computer I log into so there are a variety of windows applications.. I consistently get the error message when I try to attach pictures and internet explorer shuts down.. this has been happening for months now never had an issue
with Hotmail before it changed to this.. help????
The domain that I need domain password reset are:
Outlook keeps deleting everything from my inbox with no warning. The emails are just gone, not in the deleted folder and when I try to recover deleted emails, it only comes up with a few I had deleted from my junk. I see tons of people with this problem,
but it never seems to get fixed. I have important college emails, bank statements, etc that have just vanished and this is a serious problem.
