Hi there,

I've set up Mail on my Macbook to access my outlook.com account, as per the instructions here:

Whenever I try to move a mail to the trash or to archive an email, I get the error message:

The attempt to read data from the server “imap-mail.outlook.com” failed.

Or:

The connection to the server "imap-mail.outlook.com" on port 993 timed out.

I'd be grateful if anyone could shed some light on how I might solve this problem!

Hotmail on my I phone not working. "says unable to verify information.

This domain name can’t be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language.

I have my domain www.winnershoe.com which im unable to add to the live account
this is a Sri Lankan web site/ store which provides handmade Shoes

but im getting the error
"This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case. "

Please allow us to add the domain at your earliest convenience.

My mom is an msntv subscriber, which is ending this month.  She doesn't know her pw or her security question answer.  How do I reset that for her as I try and upgrade her to an outlook.com account? Her name is Lois Isola-Pasqual.  And her email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

skydrive not displaying all my folders when I log in

When I connect to Skydrive in my browser (IE10, Win8) it initially only shows only two of my folders. I have to click on all photos and then back to the skydrive root before all my folders show up. Any ideas why?

 SkyDrive claims it doesnt know file type. it is know by android however. How do i explain to Skydrive to open the right application?

deleted a junk email accidentally

I deleted one junk email that was important. I tried the "recover deleted emails" option and that didnt work. Can you help restore it? I am using a live.com account.

Can I copy email folders from an Outlook pst data file to an Outlook.com folder?

I have some personal email folders at my work account (Office 2013) that I'd like to copy over to my newly added Outlook.com email, in hopes of separating my personal email items from work without losing the history of the emails.  I know how to save the desired folders as a pst. data file, but I don't see where I can import the file into my Outlook.com account.  Is this even possible?
