Hi,

I have been creating contacts directly on my Hotmail account using Microsoft Exchange Active Sync that syncs only contacts and calendar. I also have outlook.com app that syncs emails but not contacts/calendar. It's very disappointing that most of my contacts are missing. I had created them with photo tags and all details. 

Some of the contacts are still available and let me highlight that these contacts are not saved/available/visible from people.live.com. Not sure, why they are all missing and where do I access them, is there any web link? 

It would be great to get all workarounds that could help me retrieve my 400 odd contacts from the Exchange Sync (possibly with photos).

Lost emails

I was just "organizing" my latest batch of emails and as I was doing it, all but four of the messages in my inbox disappeared.  They just vanished.  I had emails in there going back at least to 2009.  IMPORTANT emails.  Is there a current problem with outlook.com??

And it is not a problem with "deleted" emails as when I try the "recover deleted emails", it comes back with no emails being recovered when I know I just deleted several emails so at least the ones I deleted should be there some where.

Reply Emails with Auto Text

Is it possible when someone clicks Reply to a message I sent them, that the Reply message have an auto message in it? When they click reply i'd like the email to automatically have questions for them to answer in the body.

There was an option to see when i created my email account in the old hotmail but i can't find it in outlook setting ...so how can i see the date i created my email account at hotmail ?? 

Lost emails

Missing emails

All my sent and received emails from 22nd August to this morning (16th September) have gone missing.  I didn't delete them and they're not in the deleted.  Have tried the recovery procedure without success.  What else can I do?

Some emails are not syncing from Outlook.com to Outlook 2013

Outlook 2013, Windows 8 Mail App and my WIndows Phone 8 are connected to my Hotmail / Outlook.com account. 


99% of my emails sync without issue.  However I am getting email from a couple of contacts that when the new email comes in from them it will not sync to my Outlook 2013, Window 8 Mail App or my Windows 8 Phone.  If I reply to the emails that will not sync using Outlook.com, any replies they send back sync fine.


There is something about the initial email that get I from these two contacts that prevents it from syncing.  Maybe something in the signature icons / pictures they are using, or maybe something in the format. 


They are business emails, usually with a paragraph of text.


These contacts are important business contacts and missing an email from them since I do not get it on Outlook 2013, on my phone or in the Windows 8 Mail app is not acceptable.

missing emails

Hi,

 

 

I have been unable to access my msn Hotmail account since May 2013. Each time I attempt to 'sign in' I am told that my password is no longer recognised, even though I have not changed it for over twelve months. 

I have now been transferred to Outlook, but without any of my 100+ contacts' addresses

Any ideas on how to regain correspondence with my past e mailers, please?

Hi, someone replied to my question is it possible to retrieve a message sent before October 22nd, 2007, which is the first sent message from my inbox that the system saved. The person said sorry, we can only retrieve recently deleted messages. But this message wasn't deleted. It was sent.
