Please provide me with an IP log of my Hotmail account, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, as I think someone has logged in recently without my permission and is viewing my mail. I have changed my password already but for peace of mind would just like to confirm its only me accessing my account.

I recently made the some changes on the profile to one of the email aliases on my account (birth year) Now I need parent to sign in on my lve.com email- however, I am the parent. Please help me regain access to my emails.
I have no idea why i cannot access my account. I have had it for many years and have never changes the password. Really doesnt matter at this point. I have tried atleast seven different times to reset and verify ownership of my account and the only response
that I get back is to fill out a new form and resubmit and that the current case number has been closed. I am beyond frustrated. I answer every question with the maximum number of responses allowed and still end up with the same response. It has been 7 days
of working on this for hours every day. Trying to reach a real person at any microsoft support number has been a joke, because when i do get thru they tell me they have no phone support for email account issues. Please help. Thank you

I’ve had a "missing contacts" problem in my Hotmail.com account since June 2013. MS can't seem to fix this or if they have new suggestions, I wasn’t notified. I've reported it with details & included possibly related issues here;

I'd like to suggest another way to try to fix this as follows;
If my d………@hotmail.com can be deleted to completely clear out everything & then set up again with the same name, d……….@hotmail.com, same features, etc, I'd like to do it. I believe this may clean out a lingering cause or perform a reset that could make it work properly again. I've had this acct since 1999 & many people know it I need to keep my same email addr.
If this plan is achievable please give me a few days notice to save some recent emails & notify some of my important contacts that they may see an EM failure msg to my addr while it is between deletion & re-activation.

Having the very same problem as JillaWright, and seeing the one the reply I thought my problem at last could be resolved. WRONG!
After duly going through the steps ie telephoning the UK number as given and then after 14 minutes at £0:14 / min only to be told they could not locate my account (which I have had for some 8 years) and I should then contact Support@Microsoft to assist.
Having then gone down this route to no avail. I am now resolved to the fact that the Customer Service from Microsoft is abysmal and it would be better to find another provider.
I noticed that I was not receiving responses to my emails. After some research I noticed under "account setting" that replies were being
sent to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** versus my yahoo account. My son had recently set up an xbox live account but none of his passwords worked on this. So I tried to reset the passwords but the name/phone number that popped up (with xxxxx on part of it) was not mine. So now I have weeks of emails having been sent to a "live" account that I do not have access to. No one at Microsoft or Yahoo knows how to help me and I don't know how to access the emails that I've missed. Nor do I know how it got changed.

this error (c:\windows\system32\DU170.dll) comes up everytime I open windows mail and whilst opening emails within the programe.
