He's been randomly blocked or locked out of his email
Please help, my dad has been a loyal hotmail user and this incident is just really frustrating.

ok my name is jose perez i im the owner of *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account but i have change so many time the password that i dont know which is and i been trying for years to get it back and cant now i have tried every step you provide like account recovery and filled some questionnaire and never got a reply also if you check u would see that i know some of the password and those are the old ones like djcaje123,drboys,zombie123,cajebola123 etc also one thing this email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is the one i use to get online on myspace and i know the password of my myspace with this email but the problem is on hotmail.com i cant sing in because i dont know there password i put there the last thing i treid so fall is chat with someone from microsoft and that is what got me ehre i hope yah can help me thank
I need to change the primary alias on my outlook.com account. I changed it two weeks ago only to discover that - contrary to what the outlook.com account management pages said during the process - my Nokia Lumia 920 would no longer sync my account and the only way to fix it was to do a system reset and login with the new primary alias.
At that point I was unable to reset my phone because of un-uploaded pictures, so I changed it back and synced my phone.
That night, I backed up my phone in preparation for the factory reset; I logged back into the outlook.com account management pages and was told that Microsoft keeps track of how many times I change my primary alias and I'd have to try again "next week". I'm very happy I checked that before I factory reset my 920.
It's been two weeks now and I still can't change my primary alias. It still tells me to try again "next week".
I was referred to this page by @MicrosoftHelps on Twitter, hopefully someone here can clear that flag on my account so I can change my primary alias.
I haven't been able to check my email since last Friday from my old email address, I've done all the steps they have asked me to. Like today I filled up the password recovery form and I thought that would be it but when I went back to sign in it took me back to the "temporarily blocked" page and I have important information that i need to get from my Outlook and my SkyDrive. Please Help email me at *** Email address is removed for privacy *** if you have the solution. Thank You.
