For some reason, I cannot forward pics that I receive on my cell phone to my email account; when I try to forward pics to my email, I get an error text message (9000) stating "your picture message to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was not delivered because either you or the recipient has chosen not to receive messages".  I called my cell phone carrier, Sprint, and they indicated there are no blocks or restrictions on my cell phone account and that I should check with Microsoft.
Hello Microsoft.....I would like some live answers from someone as to why when I sighed up with Outlook my hotmail page is now non-existent? I tried online and telephone help and NOTHING! Who at Microsoft decides that after 270 days they can just erase your life? I am not sure if I want to cry or throw up Twelve years of folders,emails,pictures....JUST GONE!!! I lost my password and asked for it to be restored to me and the system did not like my answers and locked me out! I want my account back with ALL of my information on it! As there was NO warning from Microsoft that they were going to do this.....This is the most screwed up system I have ever dealt with. I can not imagine feeling more invaded!

I clicked on the Junk Box and then clicked the empty tab Outlook was taking a long time about 15-20 later I decided to click on the Deleted files to empty it, then all of a sudden I realized Outlook was emptying my Inbox mail.  What can I do to get these back as some are job applications, purchase verifications, etc.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

Original title: Had to swith to maillive as there were no tools (delete, forward, ets.) on Outlook anymore

I opened my e-mail Outlook and while I had mail there was no tools available except to create NEW e-mails. Could open mail but not forward, delete or anything else. Went to MS site and was given option of LiveMail. Tried it but it was a lot like Incredimail which I didn't like their format either. To many bells and whistles. Hotmail and Outlook were easy to use.

I go to skydrive to locate a file and I can't seem to find it.  I type the name of the file on the search box and click the magnifying glass but, nothing comes up.  What could I be doing wrong??
I am unable to receive any emails from the domain powdertoy.co.uk. And since many users of that website have been reporting that ie10 is saying that that website is unsafe,  i thought those two problems could be linked together.

I really do not enjoy that i don't receive the emails from that domain! Microsoft if you see this please fix this now!
I recently upgraded to ios 7.  I was previously using POP for Hotmail and I liked it because I could delete an email from my iphone but it remained on the Hotmail server (didn't delete it from my inbox when I logged in via computer).  I tried POP after the upgrade and it won't let me limit how many emails are on my iphone, thus it's downloading every single email.  I tried setting it up via the outlook and the exchange options but whenever I delete an email from the iphone it deletes it from the server.  I just want to be able to delete an email from my iphone and keep it on the server so that I can refer to it when I log in via my computer.  I have seen that perhaps IMAP would solve this.  However, I am having trouble getting the correct incoming mail server address.  Long question but any help would be greatly appreciated!
