thumb nails in attachments

my p.c. is fine, have been trying to help a friend sending a photo as an attachment when uploaded to the e/mail mine show as a thumbnail of the image but when my friend uploads an image to a e-mail he can see a landscape i see the same when i receive his e-mail

How can I get my account opened?  I do not believe I have anything on there that would be in violation and if so I would be more than happy to delete it.  the account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Why can’t I forward emails to anyone?

I've even tried forwarding things to myself at my Hotmail and Yahoo addresses, and nothing shows up. In the mail settings there is a 'forwarding' link, but all that seems to do is enable me to forward everything to another address. As are many, I was very disappointed when Hotmail became Outlook. To say it's harder to use is a gross understatement. As with most things Microsoft, the mindset seems to be, "if it works we'll fix it until it doesn't, then create something new-that also doesn't work. But different is better, right?"

Not receieving emails

I usually received around 5-10 emails a day, and now i'm not getting any at all. i received some emails about my mail quota so i made sure every place where emails can go in outlook were empty. Even though i have done this, i am still not receiving emails apart from 1 about an outlook alias which i created. I have also checked all spam/junk settings etc. and cleared all browsing history and i'm still not getting emails, please help!

I cant get into my hotmail account at all. I made a new account with outlook, which i hate, ok, now all i want is to have my emails and all my contacts sent over to outlook, simple as that, soooooooo, , i 've been trying to get an answer on this for a week now, will someone please answer my question on what i should do, thank you.

Many of my friends are not receiving my emails from my "Outlook" (previously Hotmail) acct.  
I send alot of attachments and some are receiving the email but no attachment.
None of my forwarding emails are being received.

e-mailing .zip files unsuccessful

I am trying to e-mail .zip files to a vendor so they can figure out why their software isn't working on my sorry computer.  Keep getting message "this file cannot be checked for viruses" and it won't transfer.  Hints?  Vendor said it had something to do with my security settings, but I'm clueless.

When i log in to outlook I get a problem with outllook message, I always have to click on the messege to get it to work.  Any computer I own?

Is it because my E-mail ends with @msn.com?
