Hotmail problem: content cannot be displayed in a frame.. and I cannot send any email.

Ok, this is happening on hotmail, on my laptop (not an xbox)

 

Also, it is only happening in one of my hotmail accounts, not the other.  I am posting this question under the account that is working!

 

In the other, I simply cannot send or reply to emails, it pops up with this message;

 

It has a red x and states that this content cannot be displayed in a frame.. and I cannot send any email. 

 

As I can use only hotmail account (.com) but cannot use the other account, I think it must be a User issue, but I have tried every solution I can find on this site, but no help.

 

I am stuck I cannot send or reply to any emails, and this is a big problem. 

 

outlook.com email on Iphone not showing all emails

I have been using my Outlook.com email on my Iphone for some time. While I can send and receive from my phone the email within that folders that I have created on my computer do not appear on my phone.

I have checked my configuration and it appears to be set up correctly. I've had this problem since initially setting this email account up months ago. Only now I am just trying to figure out the underlying issue.

Iphone 5 - IOS 7

Outlook Password Problem

Basically, my father started my Xbox live account a long time ago and linked the account with an old email address of his. He has long since forgotten the password for the account and the answer to the security question required. 

Every time we try and fill out the questionnaire, it tells us that we have not provided enough information due to the fact that my father hasn't used this email in about 8 years so we have no idea what emails he last sent from that account etc. My Xbox is now telling me that it requires me to input my email and password to be able to get onto Xbox live, so i am now unable to get onto Xbox live.

What am i supposed to do about this? I think i may need to speak to an expert/specialist as this is a bit of a tricky situation.

How do I change my age with hotmail so I am not ‘under’ a ‘responsible adult? I am 68 yrs old.

As I did my usual sign in yesterday up popped a message about my profile, and did I want to change it.  I noticed my complete birthdate was in the profile, so I took out the day and month, and tried to take out the year, but it kept coming back.  So out of frustration I clicked on 2013 as my year of birth.

As soon as I signed out I got a msg that I needed a responsible adult to vouch for me.  That responsible adult had to make a 50 cent purchase with a credit card to prove that they were a responsible adult.  So my wife made the purchase, and now I can get back in to my account WITH child filters in place, and reports going to my wife of 41 years of where I have been.

How do I undo this?

Where is FORWARD button/link in Outlook Express; i want to forwrd an e-mail with photo to a friend and don’t see a forward link, only NEw and REPLY.

Why isn't there a FORWARD button/link on Outlook Express e-mail? I have an e-mail I want to forward to a friend so they can see a photo. How can I send it to them? I do not use Windows Live because it causes my computer to turn itself off every time. I prefer Outlook Express for e-mail.  Thanks for any responses from Outlook Express or public on here.

I can't log into my email account @my.bluecc.edu  on outlook because it says it is an Office 365 account. Where do I log in at? Hotmail and live won't let me either. I click the link from my school page and it won't let me either. All I can do is look at my account info page.
