Someone else is using my email address and i am worried that he may have access to the account i logged on to my drop box using my Outlook email address(my real account uses g-mail but forgot this and logged on with outlook) i done a forgot password request
and was shocked to see there was an account made on my email address by someone else who also has my name. I am wondering as to whether he had to do a email verification and thus had access to my account. Could someone help me in keeping this account from
being used for sign ups on various sites.(It already has been I had to tell facebook it's actually my email address and close the account.)
P.s its got the point where its really starting to P*** me off its happened for over 2 years now.
I'm trying to add a valid new credit card so I can pay for my hotmail (outlook) plus account. Microsoft seems to put every obstacle in my path even though my intent is to PAY THEM. I've been shunted to these forums which tell me nothing. Every other account
in the cyber-universe--whether amazon or banks--has a simple way to do this. How can I find a way to pay these people the $19.95 I would like to pay? This seems like a ridiculous dilemma.

I'm having issues with Win8.1 (blue) and the skydrive desktop app. When I installed blue it wiped all the apps on my computer. When I try to reinstall skydrive via desktop it starts the install, gets most of the way through it, then just disappears never to be seen again.
I don't want to use the metro version of skydrive...I have no use for logging onto my computer with my Hotmail account.
Any one out there have this issue and/or a solution to it?

I last accessed my hotmail/outlook email account last night with no problem. Today morning I have been unable to access my outlook email for past 4 hours. Each time I try to sign in I get the following message "sorry, there seems to be a problem with
outlook right now."
I have tried using different computers, different browsers, and even gone through moderator suggested solutions posted on this forum, including updating my browser, resetting my password. I've checked the server status and it shows outlook as working
fine.
I am a busy doctor working at a Canadian hospital and rely on my outlook email account for urgent communication with other doctors and patients. It is thus imperative I be able to access my email asap!! Thank you in advance for your help!
