Question about Outlook Express

I had someone who tried to access my hotmail account last year, Microsoft blocked the account until I had to reset all passwords so I could use it again. Once I got back on to access my hotmail account, all my emails from the last 9 years were gone. I need help desperately to retrieve my emails 

I have an Hotmail that I was using for certain products I own and I haven't used the email in a while but I tried to use the product which is linked to the account and it requires an email validation so I tried to login to my Hotmail with the password I thought was for the Hotmail but is now telling is wrong. This now means I can't log into that email and can't use the product I've paid for.

The account is very old and every attempt at resetting the password fails. The number used to send the SMS code is old and I no longer have that number, I fill out the questionnaire instead which I have done about 6 or 7 times now and every time I'll either get no reply or an email saying I haven't given enough information. I've tried talking to Microsoft live support chat but they tell me to do exactly what I've already done. One support member said that they posted a request for support to email my working Hotmail and said they would contact me within 24 hours and this was about 2/3 days ago now so I'm getting quite frustrated at the lack of assistance I'm receiving. I just want to talk to someone and get my account back.

So I want to make a new alias my primary but when I click on "make primary" I always get this "unable to make primary" Please try again later... I suppose this is one of those wait 30 day things that they don't tell you about????

I have had to reload computer back to factory settings due to virus, in doing this I have lost my e mail and password for outlook, how do I retrieve these? I need my original details to sign in to my office 2010 with a activation product key without the original sign in details I cannot use
can you help?
 

Windows live mail has shown me that in my sent items, I've sent an email to an additional contact that I did not select.

It says that it doesn't exist, but until a couple of days ago it was working just fine. I also try to re-establish the account and it says that it's already taken.

 if I remembered correctly, my account is intact and nothing is missing 2 days ago. but last night I found out that all e-mails in my "important" folder disappeared. its very important to me. and I found it in "deleted" folder which I didn't delete. even accidentally! so I quickly moved it back to important folder just now. so how can it be moved to the deleted folder when I didn't delete any of it. another one is my "draft" folder which is the most important! my draft folder still exist but its completely empty! its not even in the "deleted" folder. I use it as a storage instead of my phone, laptop, or skydrive because I can access it anywhere. and for that same reason I didn't backed it up or used other storages cause I relied on it too much. I've been relying on it for more or less half a decade and some of the content in my draft messages have been there for that long as well. and this is the first time it happened. you dont know how important those are to me personally so please don't tell me you can't recover it.
