find a hacker

Hi,
My old (but still active) hotmail account and my new hotmail account, which I opened after I found out my ex had access to the old one, are now BOTH being hacked by my ex. She is not sending messages or using my details, but she is just accessing my emails to have 'control' over my life.
How can I proof that someone accesses my hotmail accounts?!! I live in the Netherlands, she lives in the UK.
I need proof in order to open a criminal case against her.
Can I somehow find out from where (or which IP address) people are accessing my hotmail accounts?
Please help, because nobody in this community seems to be concerned about finding out how is hacking their account! (?)
If there is no answer to my question, I will be forced to close all the accounts and go to g mail, which seems to be better protected....

Mystery File Never Downloads

I've been using Skydrive for a few weeks now, but I'm having an error that's very frustrating. My icon in the toolbar constantly has the little green upload/download bar active, with a message that says "Skydrive - Downloading 161.9 MB of 161.9 MB, 1 file remaining" when I hover the mouse over it. But all my files look up to date, and I cannot find any corruptions. What's going on? Where is this file, and/or how can I get Skydrive to resolve the issue?

birthday calendar and contact issues

There seem to be serious problems with synchronisations of contacts, see below.
If there is a workable solution to restore the effects, I'd very much like to be informed!
But after all I tried, there's little hope left.
 
ISSUE 1
 
This evening I noticed several birthdays appeared TWICE in my birthday calendar. Both on outlook.com and in my phone, so synchronisation between Outlook and phone seems to work correctly.

What I tried:
- I removed the entire birthday calendar on Outlook.com
- Synched with my phone, in order to remove the birthday calendar from my phone
- Then re-added the birthday calendar on Outlook.com.
- Synched with my phone again, to re-add the birthday calendar.

Now there are no more duplicates, but several birthdays there were previously there, now are MISSING. There are several examples of contacts that do show a birthday in the contact details on Outlook.com (and on my phone), but who do NOT have a birthday in the birthday calendar. So this error even has nothing to do with my phone, within Outlook.com the birthday calendar is incorrectly populated from the contacts that are also on Outlook.com.
 
ISSUE 2
 
I have one example of a Facebook contact who has it´s birthday registered in it´s Facebook account. This contact is shown on my phone with birthday, but on Outlook.com without birthday. Most other details for this contact (names of children etc) are visible on my phone but invisible on outlook.com. The birthday for this contact is missing in the birthday calendar.
 
What I tried:
- Removed Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter accounts
- Checked that all contacts were removed from phone and Outlook.com, and all linkes were gone.
- Reset my phone to factory setting without restoring a backup
- Set up my phone from scratch, linking all accounts one by one...
 
Still the exact same error.
 
ISSUE 3
I've also noticed on several occasions that after accepting new friends (e.g. Facebook), those friends are sometimes added as contacts automatically (which they should), but sometimes it requires a manual re-synchronisation.

domains.live.com – how long?

Hi,

I have a thread that has been frozen (why ?) 


I am trying to get a domain added so I can enable email initially, and it seems to be taking a long time to get a resolve or anyone who is happy to help.

Please can someone help with this. Simply stopping the thread so I cannot request where the progress is up to and then having no response for the last 4 days on progress seems a bit off, bearing in mind how unhelpful it has been to try and find where I need to request this support in the first place.

moved emails disappeared altogether

I tried to block move emails from a folder to an Archived folder and they've disappeared altogether.
Any ideas where they've gone and how I get them back?

Account Hacked/Blocked

I've got my email hacked and blocked since few days. I selected (several times) the option to send me an email to the other email I entered but no mail arrived. So I tried to fill the Survey but the informations seemed not correct. So I don' know what to do because I need to access my msn account. Can you please contact me to find a solution ?

Skydrive group members missing from member list

I created a new Skydrive group and sent invitations to join.  Some of the members show in the member list.  But some don't.  I know they are members because I sent a group email and asked people to reply and people that don't appear on the member list replied to my group email.  Why are some members not appearing in my member list?
