I have been using Outlook.com for awhile now and haven't had any issues with it until today.  When I logged onto Outlook.com today, I noticed that all of the sub-folders had disappeared from one of my folders.  The rest of the folders seem to have not been affected at all.

This message has only appeared today. I haven't made any changes. Can anyone help please?
when i go to my inbox, it shows my messages but says unable to connect to outlook. And it wont attach any attachments and has difficulty sending messages. HELP i need this email for work. This has been going on for weeks. and it is very frustrating, I have changed my email address a few times over the past few years cause Outlook/Hotmail goes crazy.
Couldn't find this elsewhere in the forum, at least not easily. I usually use Windows Live Mail on a home PC and don't really use Outlook.com unless I'm traveling but I do log in periodically. I'm a BellSouth person, so my webmail is now Yahoo. My regular PC POP mail (Windows Live) gets mail just fine, as does my Yahoo webmail, but without any settings being changed that I know of, Outlook.com hasn't received my new mail since 8/23/2013.  Logged in right now; page refresh doesn't do it. Can anyone shed light as to why, and how (or if) this can be fixed?
I did ask yesterday, but have had no reply - just a whole load of other people this has happened to too.
so here we go again....

yesterday (Monday 23rd Sept) I logged onto my skydrive to find all my folders and the files in them had vanished.  this appears to have happened on Sunday 22nd sept - the last time I had logged in was in work on Friday 20th Sept.
there was nothing in the recycle/trash bin, nothing showed up on search; the link between my Office 2013 and skydrive no longer worked.
I have not changed the amount of storage I have up or down, nor have I changed my email address; I had not left the account idle for a long time (unless two days in considered 'a long time').

please, where have my files and folder gone? and please, can I have them back?

This unexplained (what shall I call it, Glitch? faux-pas? major balls-up?) together with the utter lack of interest or response from the service providers  has made me think twice about recommending this product any more to my clients.  This has never happened to me in Dropbox or Google Drive - so this where I'll be pointing people from now on.
on a side note, why is there no live help for skydrive? is it because it goes wrong a lot? just curious.

is there anybody out there?

My boss has lost all of his files from his skydrive.  After doing some poking around, I am noticing a lot of complaints about vanishing files from skydrive over the last few days (9/21-24, 2013).

I am wondering what Microsoft has to say and how they are going to remedy the situation.

This error comes up when I try to click on a link within an  email.  How can I fix this

I used to have a folder under PCs on the menu bar on the left side of the screen. I recently bought a new notebook computer and try to make connection to this folder. After I entered a microsoft account code, I couldn't get an access to this folder. I can't remember what I clicked on, but there was a dialog box asking about disconnection. After I clicked it, the folder was gone. Is there any way I can get back to this folder under PCs? Thank you for any helps.
