Hi, 


I am trying to set up email for this domains softrunnercouriers.com and softrunnercouriers.co.uk which is for a startup courier company, but it is saying the same error everybody seems to be getting. You can visit the site to verify that it indeed is a courier company and seems to not contain inappropriate words in the domains.


Can somebody please help me out this? I would be extremely grateful

Moving Live Account Between Domains

I have 2 domains for privacy lets say is ab.com and the other is cd.com. I have both ab.com and cd.com setup in domains.live.com.

I have *** Email address is removed for privacy *** setup and it has extra skydrive storage from a promotion, xbox live member ship with alot of gamer points, outlook.com mail, and various other services tied to it. I don't want to loose what I already have. I am moving away from using ab.com. I want to switch over to using *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

How do I transfer all my services over to the new email address as my primary account?

Also, would like to setup *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as a forwarder to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. 

I tried adding it as an alias but it fails to verify. Gives an error.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Skydrive won’t start

Hi,

I have 2 laptops one with windows 8 and another with windows 8.1 preview and I can't seem to get my skydive to work.
For the win 8 I have uninstalled and reinstalled skydrive a couple of times without any change. The metro app seems to work fine but the desktop app just wont start. I am using version 2013(Build 17.0.2015.0811)

As for the win 8.1 preview, I think I have access to a different skydrive, because all of the stuff i uploaded in my drive is not there. Windows settings have synced correctly but the I can't seem to find the stuff(pictures and documents) I have on my skydrive.

I used to have it on an old pc running windows 7 and it worked as it should.
Please assist

I am having the same problem.  I have gone through all of the steps you've outlined several times.  When I try to start Windows Live Mail I get a popup screen which says:

 

Windows Live Mail could not be started.  Closing

Windows Live Mail.  Your calendar contains corrupt

data that is forcing Windows Live Mail to close.

I have renamed the folder where all of my emails are stored in addition to the steps you've outlined, and no matter what I've done I get the same end result.

 

Is there another folder I should be dealing with relating to this calendar issue?

I cannot access my hotmail anymore via my Mac.  When asked to sign in using username and password, the page diverts to "I know we're being over-protective" page and asks for an alternate email address so Microsoft can send a code.  I can do this correctly and then I am sent a code.  Once I go to enter the code, I receive an error message that says "sorry that is the wrong code".  I have also tried using my mobile phone as a text and as a call to receive a code.  That does not work either.  This is extremely frustrating, as I have not had access to hotmail for 2 weeks.  Can anybody help?

Updated Outlook/Exchange password on work laptop, but new password not accepted on iPhone 5s

Hi there,

I was recently prompted to change my Outlook/Exchange password on my work laptop, and after updating the password on my iPhone I keep getting "Cannot verify account" and "Incorrect password" messages on my iPhone.  I know the credentials are correct, because I can access email on my work laptop and through the web browsers on my phone/computer.

This problem has been going on for almost 2 weeks - originally, I had an iPhone 4s (iOS6) but I have since upgraded to the iPhone 5s (iOS7).  I've tried deleting and re-adding the Exchange account several times, I've reset the phones (old 4s and new 5s), I've restored them both to factory settings and reinstalled everything, and just about every other fix I've found after days of searching on Apple.com and elsewhere on the web.  I've also taken the phones (both!) to the local Apple store several times and called Apple Care support.  

Nothing has worked so far, and this is now starting to affect my work - missing important emails and meetings.  Is there anything else you can suggest?

After doing all that Denise T. recommended (optimizing browser, clearing browser's cache and temporary internet files), still not able to view email photos in slideshow - must download them all.  Why?  Never had a problem with this before Outlook "upgrade" of hotmail.

I found my outlook.com account will be inactive if I dont use this more thant 270days.

 

and my question is if I using my account using on MS Outlook 2012 on my desktop or my android phone or iPad using Acrive sync, is this gonna prevent my account from expration?
