The below error comes up when I try to access my email using Windows Live 2012. l have Windows 7 system.
"Unable to send or receive messages for the Comcast (cjhessel) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Please advise how to fix.

Read most of the responses and it appears I need a server side reset.
I cans end the log file if I am given a link to upload it to.
I do not want to go to the website to send my mail.
