my account back up and running but everytime i do this a message comes up saying You have tried several times to reset the password but you have to wait 24hrs until the your account is back on or temporarily unavailable? So i assume it is blocked just now.

I tried the password reset option and account recovery process but
1. It is not accepting my security answer as the hacker has changed it
2. The hacker has changed the alternate email address also
3. The customer service which is the third option did not help me.
I had to make this second ID just to sign up in this forum.
