Hi, my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been hacked and the password changed as of yesterday!  I no longer have access to my windows live or facebook account. I have tried several times resetting the password and have also made a new email account to try and get my account back up and running but everytime i do this a message comes up saying You have tried several times to reset the password but you have to wait 24hrs until the your account is back on or temporarily unavailable? So i assume it is blocked just now. I have no idea what to do next? Can somebody please help me to get my account back up and running, as i need to log back into my account As soon as possible!!! Please help!!

I tried the password reset option and account recovery process but

1. It is not accepting my security answer as the hacker has changed it

2. The hacker has changed the alternate email address also

3. The customer service which is the third option did not help me.

I had to make this second ID just to sign up in this forum.

Please help!!

I am new to using Windows Live Mail.  I have my previous email account included.  How do I open items in my spam mail that are from contacts I want to vie and keep?

I can't download a very important attachment that I just received, for it says "prohibited attachment" due to a msg saying “The Microsoft Office product is not installed on your computer”.  Although, I thought I had been using MO 2010 version, I followed the steps to download a free version in order to view the document only to get a msg that I'm on a slow connection and it may take a while.  My question is why am I having this problem in Microsoft Office that was included with the purchase of my PC three years ago, and why am I getting this slow connection error?  Lately, I have been having more and more problems with my PC, to the point that I even tried a Recovery attempt before the problems seemed to have started, which did not help.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Unfortunately, I don’t know much about computers and rely solely on the help from MO troubleshooting and MO community. Thx, Blittle
My Live Mail goes offline for no apparent reason. Also when I click on a received email, I get an error message that it cannot be viewed and that I should try again. Same result.
I am trying to clean up my Inbox but can only delete one message at a time.  I select a group to delete but I get unknown error message if I hit delete, or hit X or try to move them to Delete or Spam folders.   I am using Windows 7 Windows Live Mail 2012.  I have tried to delete many times on different days to no avail.
Just got my computer back from repair.  Setup all mail users for G-Mail (IMAP) but when it came time to setup Charter email accounts in Windows Live Mail, it's not happening.  Charter is my ISP. I get the following message.  This is the IMAP message and the POP message respectively...

In my Windows 7 Live Mail Calender I inadvertently removed one of my account calenders. Is there any way to re-install it.
