I want to have my email and ID deleted so the ID cannot become available again to be reused/re-registered.
Please help.
I can send emails with no problem.
I can received some emails from some senders, but it appears only about 5% sneak through.
I have removed both of my POP3 accounts to see if this helped.
I have deleted a few hundred messages to see if this helps.
I have changed my password.
I have setup 2 step verification.
This is an ongoing problem for months now. My email will work perfectly for weeks, and then all of the sudden, it will start kicking back emails to my clients.
I feel that my account may be compromised.
I utilize this email for my business and it is imperitive that it works perfectly. I love Hotmail, but I am at the point of finding a new email provider if this cannot be fixed.
I would appreciate it if a Microsoft representative can identify the root cause of this issue.
Please help,
Thank you !

I am using Windows Live E-mail, through Frontier who recently switched to Yahoo. Shortly after my windows was corrupted so the computer manufacture sent me another copy of Windows 7, I have loaded everything, including restored my files. I have a Lenova 64 bit, Windows 7 Home. I normally use webmail but on this account I used Windows Live and Frontier says they can not recover my folders. It was suggested that it might be in my backup drive but I would need to know the default location for my Windows Live folders. Does anyone know where the folders are stored? In lieu of that, any suggestions as to how I might get my windows live mail folders back? Note everthing I have found says I should post windows live mail to the outlook.com, Skydive, but I dont see Windows live e-mail listed, so I hope I'm in the correct forum.
Thanks in advance
