Windows Live Mail won’t let me have my Hotmail back.

Up until three days ago I had Windows Live Mail with both my Comcast.net and Hotmail.com accts. No problems. Then my Hotmail acct quit receiving mail.  The calendar "uploading" message kept flashing down in bottom right. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Got this " Synchronizing please wait message." For two days. Then I totally uninstalled and reinstalled. All came back the same. Comcast fine. Hotmail "Synchronizing, please wait." Now what?

I am unable to send or receive messages on Windows Live, but I do still continue to receive these messages when attempting to send/receive on WLM:

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002
I have been through the article by Marie V in the Windows forum to resolve machine configuration without success. Luckily, I can still send and receive via my Outlook.com program, so I can receive any reply you may have through there. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Have not been able to send or receive email since Sept 27, 2013. Downloaded Windows Essential 2012 to no avail. Used most of the presented solutions posted to no avail. This obviously is a problem, can anyone help?

I am getting issue sending emails. It limits me to send like the usual number of recipients that I can send before.

My Windows Live Mail has recently began not sending e-mails stating I have too many recipients. Up until now I have been able to e-mail about 99 recipients at anyone time but now it appears to be limited to about 50. Any suggestions?

I can't download email on Windows Live Mail. This is a new problem as it has worked well until yesterday. I get an error 502 message with 0X8DE00002 - What can I do?

how do i know when an email account is closed by microsoft itself

I just received an email from an email account site that says my account has had different passwords and such and they said it was fraud and that if I don't reenter all my information, including my password they were going to close my account permanently. How do I know if this is real or part of a scam? The message says it's from the email service account but it came in on my junk files and said this concerned my hotmail acct. Well, no. 1, wouldn't this message have come through my inbox instead of my junk mail and also, wouldn't they have said my "outlook" acct. instead of "Hotmail"?  Help anyone?

Frequently, when composing a reply to an email, I have to go back and view the received email. I can't find a way of returning to Live Mail Home page (where I can create and view all emails) from the one that I'm composing, unless I keep all received emails open. If I click the X in the top RH corner, LM closes and I have to restart it. Is there a way of just click a back button of some kind so that I can view received emails as well as compose?
