There are three Live Mail accounts in one HP Notebook; I didn't put them there... AT&T tech did. Windows 7 / Live Mail will NOT send mail on second account and it locks up completely. I usually 'Move' outbound emails from second account to primary account
before hiting '
Send' , but often forget and the system locks. Now I cannot access the program at all. Hopefully, someone has encountered this problem before and has the solution. Thanks,

My ISP deny it could have been anything to do with them. Are they right? Is there anywhere else those emails could have been sitting for days and weeks before suddenly appearing?

First attempts at using a forum
When attempting to log in to Live Mail in my E Mail a message is received that I have to be on line even though I am on line.
The following instructions about signing in off line and then going on line just do not make sense.
This impasse has completely stopped my facility for attaching photographs to EMails.
For the sake of obtaining more information about me Microsoft have left me without an important function and left no avenue for obtaining support other than trawling through hundreds of other peoples problems so apologies if this has been all covered before
