Please tell me is there any way to get my data/emails back. I was Sync my all data/emails through Outlook and i forget to save my data in my system and re-installed windows. Please help.

A few days ago I updated to Windows 8 Pro 64 bit and 8.1 from Windows Ultimate 64 bit. Windows Live Mail (where I have many important emails in folders,) will try to open - it does display an opened folder, but then hangs. The blue "wait," circle remains
until I shut it down with Task Manager. I would do a clean install of Windows Essentials, but I would need to back up my emails and folders first. I found a process to back up emails in Windows 8, but in *.1 I cannot find a file called "app data." I am

My hard disc recently crashed. I have downloaded livemail as my offline email onto my new PC but my contacts, which are still visible and 'there' in outlook.com are not showing on livemail. The only contacts I have seem to be from my old outlook express days some 6 years ago. What has happened?

I was trying to reset my password to sign in to my hotmail.com account which I think was stolen by someone, without any success. I used the reset link to solve the problem but they ask me security questions which I cant remember!!
Is it possible to have the contact phone number for helping me get my account back!!

but actually this is another email that I usually use to contact with my suppliers and clients. The reasons that has been blocked because I changed the year of birth. It's my fault and stupidity as I wanted to be easy to remember for my company that was established in 2005. So. I changed to be 1st March 2005. It means this account becomes kid's account.
Please help. What can I do to use this account again as I have to contact my clients and suppliers.

I have recently purchased a laptop with Windows 8.1 and have not as yet been successful in setting it up to receive and send email. I formerly used Outlook Express. Is this still available? If so, how do I connect?
Whenever you bring up Live Mail the calendar continually tries to update. Updated Live Messenger but was forced into Skype, no help?
