I keep getting directed to http://www.mail.com/?afsrc=1 whenever i try to access my hotmail account. Does anyone have any idea why?

I've had this e-mail account for over a year and suddenly in the past week every day while I'm e-mailing (just two or three recipients, no mass e-mails) I suddenly get locked out and they ask me to verify the account (they send a code to my cell) and then
force me to change password.
I only send about 10 - 20 e-mails a day to my usual contacts, normal stuff. In addition normal e-mails from regular clients on my contact list get flagged for "failing their fraud detection tests or something like that?

My (non msn) email account was hacked, and as part of this process all my contacts received an email from me, but actually pretending to come from a live.com account. Some of the people I now deal with are sending replies to this live.com account, which
I don't have any control over. I'm trying to manage this by letting all my contacts know, but I really want Microsoft to knon that this live.com account is being used in an illegal way. I can't find out how to open a dialogue with someone in the Security
team. Can someone help., please?

When I receive email with attachements, the attachements line up vertically (instead of horizontally) and thus block the senders message.

I decided to try Livemail 2011 for my email client (switched from another one) and despite following all the instructions it will NOT connect to my IMAP Gmail account. After creating the account (and all the server settings are correct because the account
works on all my other devices) it attempts to download the folders, however, it eventually just times out and provides an error code along the lines of "cannot connect" or "connection rejected" or tot that effect.
Has anyone found a solution to this - I want to retrieve from all my accounts into the Livemail client. Other accounts worked fine but I have 2 gmail accounts and can't get either one to work.

I set my account to permanently delete all my messages and not make them recoverable etc. I now want to try and get them back! Is there a way of doing this? Do they still exist somewhere on the servers? Could I contact Microsoft directly to do this??
