How do I get my mail to sync again? I have signed myself out of Outlook.com and shut down/rebooted, checked the Accounts section etc, but can't find anything, please help?

My husbands outlook account( used to be hotmail)is locked. They say his password is wrong, and then do an account recovery. The problem is that the information he provides , they is not enough. He doesn't know the last email he received or sent was. It
has been months since he has accessed his email. Is there anything else he can do to reset the password to access this account, or should he just create a new new one?

I just started getting 'the prohibited file type' in Windows Live Mail with any attachment that I email either home or to my office. after following the instruction from the Get Help link, I have not been able to solve the issue. Any tips of advice?

i got a reset password request on hotmail and these requests not made by occount owners
from about 3 or 4 of my friends
i asked them they didn't requested password reset

After successfully re-installing the Windows 7 Operating System and Windows Live Mail 2012 I am not able to recover my Storage Folders. My address book was automatically recovered. How do I recover my previous Storage Folders?
