Hi, my email was r****1*@hotmail.co.uk
I remember the password for it but when I try to login, it says account doesn't exist. I need to access my email account as it is one of my security emails and I have been trying to login for so many days.
Its do or die for me. I tried to access by using outlook.com instead of hotmail.co.uk but it gives the same message as account doesn't exist.
PLEASE HELP ME NOW.

I just started getting the following message every time I use MS Live Mail: "To help protect your account information, Please sign in again".
A box opens with that message inside every time. If I select the OK button, it allows me to log in to live mail again. But if I select the close button it simply starts the live mail software.
I'm converting from a private email host to windows live mail service utilizing outlook.com and plan to stop using the old service provider at the end of the month. I've been receiving emails through both accounts for about 30 days.
I've checked both accounts, they've both been normal and both work well. My virus software has reported no problems during daily scans.
Is this a suspicious box or is something wrong?

I have not received any emails on my account for 4 days. I can open the account and have even changed the password, but no new emails. I am able to send them and view old emails in my files. Has my account possibly been hacked? And if so, what now?
hi, just bought the new ipad air and cant connect to Hotmail, I deleted the account twice and set it up again and first up it downloaded 12 email both times then after that I am unable to send or receive mail.

My Hotmail account mysteriously stopped working on October 30, 2013. After spending 6 frustrating days getting no answers from MS and Melbourne IT (in Australia), I finally got the problem solved. It turns out that Melbourne IT somehow decided to decommission the DNS servers that were serving some (or a lot) of the personalized email addresses that MS had sold to all of us several years ago. Being unable to communicate with these companies since I could not receive email, I set up a temporary Gmail account and resorted to discussion communities on the MS and Melbourne sites. Essentially, you have to find out what your MX (mailbox exchange) record with MS looks like and then hook up to your account with Melbourne, switch to regular DNS servers that are in service and then enter the MX record information for those servers. Your biggest challenge will be getting into your Melbourne account if you don't know your user id or password and can't receive email at the address they have in their record.
