Getting this error message when trying to send/receive.


Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account. Windows Live Mail can't connect to the Hotmail server. To send and receive messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com on the Web, or try again later.

two senders told me that emails to me bounced back

Why would my outlook account not accept emails from certain senders? I do not have anyone on my blocked list. Please help. My email is for my business, and this cannot happen.

hotmail (outlook) email won’t work

My Hotmail account will let me receive emails, but I cannot reply or forward. I cannot attach documents or photos from my computer  And I cannot write a new email.

The only menu item that shows is "New" and when I click on it, nothing happens. I do not get the "To",  "Subject" or blank body of email to fill in.

What could be the problem? How do I fix it?

When attempting to send emails from 2 different computers in 2 locations, all day it has been very slow to send. A waarning message unable to send at this time apperas. When attempting a second time it goes through.

I've been trying to send emails from my iPhone this morning but I keep getting a message that says my password is incorrect.

I have been attempting to send email to people from my websites email address however any to Microsoft email accounts were being bounced back with the following message:
MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

   Recipient: [SMTP:**********@hotmail.com]
   Reason: 550 SC-002 (BAY0-MC2-F37) Unfortunately, messages from 213.246.49.251 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

I have contacted the hosting company who say the spammers account has been shut down but there is no solution on their end other than to wait for Microsoft to remove the blacklist.

Can you tell me when this will happen or if it is possible to have it removed now the hosting company has locked the account because we are a charitable youth work organisation and  since a majority of young people use hotmail, outlook or live email accounts this is causing us some issues.
