Question about Outlook Express

I have a Hotmail account that I cannot access. A message keeps coming up saying I have tried an incorrect password too many times and to try again later. The account has most of my pictures and contact info but I cannot access it so I would like to close the it down.

 I am trying to send out email to groups in my contact list but get a message to use format for email addresses: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

My account was hacked 12 months ago.. I have tried to reset my password but the email I re-send the link to is an account the hacker has created. They have also changed my security question to french. I have filled out a form to access my account to the best of my ability but again the information I entered was incorrect so I was not give access to it. I understand you need confirmation that it's actually my account and I can give as much information as needed.. I've tried every possible way to access my account again.. I rang Microsoft up and they said I needed to pay £99.99 to fix this which I do not have that type of money and I don't think I deserve to pay that much money when I've been hacked - Which is not my fault. I would really appreciate any help you can give me to fix this as there is a lot of personal information on that email.

I am a common user of Bing and Bing rewards. I am favorable of the reward program but a persistent issue causes me to contact them many times, 7 in total I believe. Every time I order a reward that contains a code, such as a Xbox gold membership or a one-day movie rental, I never get the e-mail. However, if I order something like a sweepstakes entry, I receive the e-mail almost instantly. I always check my spam folder but it is not in there either. 

How do I remove a hyperlink form a draft email while retaining the associated text? (Am using a mac).

When I send an email it acts as though it has been sent but it does not show up in my sent mail (I have ensured the box is checked to save Sent messages to my sent folder). Additionally, if someone tries to email me they are getting a Delivery Status Notification (Failure) with no error code. Please help! I work from home so this is a HUGE issue for me!!!
