Hi folks

I am sitting in Mumbai, India. Few days back Windows XP SP2 got corrupted due to HD issues and after replacing HD,  XP was successfully reloaded.  AS I lost my capability for W live mail, which had been working with no problems since 2010, the engineer down loaded the "wlsetup" - version 14.0.8089.0726 (Wlive set up custom) to set up again so that when you click on W live mail icon in the desk top, the log in is done automatically and mail down loaded.

However now the "wlsetup" version 14.0.8089.0726, when clicked displays a message saying " could not install programs, use windows update to down load the latest version of windows installer and try again." The error message displays "msi_check:0x80280002" "your version of Installer is out of date."

I would appreciate any step by step direction as to which Installer I need to use and any other down loads required to re establish my original access to be able to view W l;ive mail without the need for a log in each time.

Further if there is a method to migrate from wlive mail to the latest outlook as prescribed by Microsoft, this would be appreciated as I ahve a paid account for w live mail.

Regards

Dilip Modi

All of a sudden, a few days ago both my W8 pc and my W7 laptop which both use Windows Live Mail would not accept my username and password.

I have tried the troubleshooting fixes to no avail. The error code I get is Ox800ccc19. How can I fix this?

My friend wants to create an account since 5 months and every time he tries to do that, an error message is shown that he has exceeded his daily limit of creating accounts. How is that possible. He desperately wants to create an account. Please help.

When I open Windows Live Mail the toolbar shows that I am working offline. A window then appears that asks if I want to go online. I try to go online with negative results. Any suggestions?
