I can't for the life of me get it to accept the correct username and password.
However, when I check online, it says the email is not active. I've set the MX records exactly the same as my personal email address, and it simply will not work.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? Does IMAP not work on custom domains or something?

I lost all files from my old pc, I thought files were kept in the email from where they were sent from, but now I find that they appear as "This item might not exist or is no longer available. This item might have been deleted, expired, or you might not

Whenever Outlook decides to 'synchronize folders' it crashes my email. I've tried all the trouble shooting. I believe the problem to be caused by the calendar folder. I hate the calendar ... don't want it ... don't use it. HOW DO I DELETE THE WHOLE THING?

PC, Laptop and outlook accounts all work fine, just I phone. It worked for the last two years no problems, all of a sudden 5 days ago it only receives and will not send. I've deleted the account and set it up again, triple-checked passwords...pls help.

Hi, My Microsoft account that I normally use is blocked and I need to speak to an Agent online, through these replies, or phone.
My affected email is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (I still use this address and have access to it.)
I would like to have an agent fix the block on my account so that I may continue using my account.
