You need to prove ownership of this domain by creating a DNS record. Use the settings below. txt record is showing active in domain provider’s site but still not activated in live

How to recover thousands of old emails that were deleted overnight?

Nearly 20,000 email messages in my hotmail account - dating back to the mid-90s - were accidentally deleted last night. I would really like to recover them by any means possible. The standard 'recover deleted messages' procedure only recovered about 80 of the most recent messages and it's the older ones I'd most like recovered if at all possible.

I want to remove obsolete/incorrect email addresses from the autocomplete function of the new Outlook.com e-mail application. All the searches just point to how to edit the regular MS Outlook equivalent which doesn't work for Outlook.com

child age verification set incorrectly for administrator

Below is a response that I posted to a previous problem, however I can not access the link suggested for the eform from Vivien M.    Upon completing a form suggested earlier, I was told that was not the correct department and was told to post here.  Now I'm told to fill out another form and the link does not work.

Does anyone know how to change the age of the administrator so as to not have to ask for a parent's permission and therefore incur additional fees?  The administrator is 66 yrs. of age.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum.

    With regard to your issue that a wrong birthdate information has been set to the account and when you cannot access items on Windows due to it is asking for parental permission. I suggest you go to this link, fill up the e-form and choose the appropriate link for your issue so that we can address it properly.

    Samsung Camera having problem with permissions to SkyDrive

    I have recently bought a new Samsung Camera and I am having an isssue with conneting it to my SkyDrive account. After logging in (via camera) I am being asked if I give permissions to the Samsung app. I do accept it, but I constanty receive infromation: "There's temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later" - http://sdrv.ms/174z9no

    My outlook account used to store emails going back over years. Now it seems to delete emails so I can only access the latest 2 pages (unless i file in a folder).

    How can i see older emails?

    In Outlook how do I turn off the advertising pane on the right hand side?

    This started yesterday, I see what look like hints or tips in regards outlook and gmail on the right hand side of the screen in outlook.  I do not want or need these tips.  I cannot figure out how to turn it off.  I know this is minor, but this is annoying me.  Does anyone have an idea of how to get this removed?  TIA.

    All files disapeared from a document folder and its 2 sub-folders while I was trying to attache a document to a new message in Outlook webmail. The folder was on my desktop. I opened edit to try "undo" but it was inactive. I tried chkdsk on the c: drive and some errors where found but no trace of my files. The folder in question and all its 2 sub-folders were wiped out even if they were read only. I tried running chkdsk /r at start-up but it did not help. What could have happened?
