Question about Outlook Express

Hi

I currently have multiple devices (Windows 8, Windows Vista, WP8 and Android tablet) for a mixture of work and personal use. I love being able to sync my storage via Skydrive (especially my Music!). However I have recently tried uploading (via Skydrive on IE10) my new Star Trek film and it failed at the end of each attempt. The progress bar climbed to 99%, then failed and asked me to retry. No other reason was given for the failure.

This is the first time I have attempted to store a film (1.7 GB) on my Skydrive account and access it from multiple devices. My question is;

"Is it possible to store & sync across my devices, legitimate digital copies of full length feature films?"

Should I not get an error mail back if I try to send an e-mail to the deactivated account?? I tried because I just wanted to check..

I deactivated the account 4 months ago.. is it still active??? Or is it still 270 days after I deactivate that the account become inactive?

Please help me a.s.a.p!

For years, some of my mail has been forwarded from Hover.com, to my outlook account in-box.

Recently (as of about mid-September, 2013), however, some messages are not being forwarded.  I have checked at hover, and the problem does not appear to be there.

The addresses from which the measages in question are not being delivered to outlook are not on my blocked list, and are on my safe list.  I do not understand why I am suddenly not getting them, and I worry that other messages that I do not know about are also not getting through.
