Hello,

May I increase my user limit for my custom domain?  It says I can only make 50 right now and I will need more than that.

Domain: stillwaterslearningcenter.org

Thank you.

I've been a long time SkyDrive user, since 2007 or so. As a result, I have 25GB free storage on SkyDrive. A few months ago, I subscribed to a trial version of Office 365 Home Premium. It added an extra 20GB space to my SkyDrive, as advertised, and for a while, I was happy with the 45GB total storage space.

Last month, my trial expired, and I activated a new paid 1 year subscription to Office 365 Home Premium. I expected my storage space to remain the same - 25GB free plus 20GB from the Office 365 subscription, for a total of 45GB. However, my SkyDrive now only shows the 25GB free storage space. It's been 15 days since I activated Office 365, and I am yet to see the additional 20GB storage space.

I've already checked the basic stuff - I am using the same Live account for the Office subscription and SkyDrive. Just to be sure, I also checked all my other Live accounts and didn't find the extra storage hiding in any other account either. I contacted SkyDrive customer support, who failed to resolve the issue and transferred me to the technical support team, who also failed to resolve the issue and transferred me over to billing support, who failed to resolve the issue as well, and told me quite plainly that there was nothing more to be done.

None of the support folks seem to know about the time Microsoft offered SkyDrive customers 25GB free storage, and so all of them claim that 25GB is all I am entitled to even with the Office subscription. I have confirmed that this is not true with some other folks who also have 25GB free storage and are running Office 365 subscriptions. All of them have 45GB storage space in SkyDrive. Plus I myself had 45GB storage while running the Office 365 trial.

I even tried reaching out to the SkyDrive Twitter account, but haven't heard back from them. I have now reached a dead end, and know for a fact that I am getting stiffed out of the services that I have paid for. The customer support doesn't have any idea what to do, and I have no clue whom to escalate to. I will appreciate any advise on how to resolve this matter.

Thank you very much.
I've already invested what I consider a lot of time researching, installing and messing around with skydrive on one of my computers, and need to be able to create/edit/access the same word documents from a computer in another location.  I'll go no further if it's just going to create lots of ongoing work and there's an equivalent product for what I want to do out there.
This issue is happening again.

I keep getting the "Be careful! This sender has failed our fraud detection checks." message for legit emails from companies I know and trust.

Please investigate this issue as it has been a problem for over a year now and many others are affected.

I have not been able to access my hotmail account now for 3 days. I've gone through all the steps of a single use code (5 times now) reset my password multiple times, and even contacted Microsoft tech support for an answer but the only resolve I received from them was to access this website and "a moderator would walk me through the process".  Every time I log in, it states that I need "Parental Permission". I have been using this email account for over 10 years and being 60 years old, I don't think I need my parents (who are dead now) permission to go online. If anyone else has been having this problem and has found a resolution for it, please let me know.

Thanks,

J.R.
I haven't accessed my hotmail in a while and I've now forgot my password, it is also saying my secret answer is wrong and I don't have enough info about my emails to answer the questionnaire can anyone help me get back into it :( I need to access the account to verify the account for my ICloud, I never use this account its just set up for Facebook etc notifications. Is there any other way of me resetting my password some other way???
Hello, My unread email indicator in the left hand column of my email page has been showing that there is an unread email in my Inbox for several days, but there is no unread email anywhere to be found. I have tracked back through several weeks of emails in my inbox, way past the time when the indicator started telling me there is an unread email, but there is none. Does anyone know why this happens (it's not the first time) and how to fix it? Many thanks if you can tell me.
PS I have read the related topic that outlines exactly my problem and done what the replies, viz, View unread shows no unread emails.
