Domain registered for email not verified by Microsoft

Hi 

I own a domain www.jpmcassociates.com.

This domain was bought from bigrock.in

Per instructions from you I was asked to create an mx 
Record on my domain using mx records.

I followed the instructions to the letter however the 
Only thing I couldn't do is set the ttl to 3600. ( big rock 
Requires a minimum of 7200)

Could you please look into this to see how I can get

email : *** Email address is removed for privacy *** This email account has been blocked. Filled up autorecovery questionarte 3 times. The best time was the second time. The third time was incomplete! will fill up again today for the 4th time.

Created new email for communication:

Created another new email for communication: 
*** Email address is removed for privacy *** This account is functioning well. Please use this account when solving my issue.

New folders created :

    Recently paid 80usd to just answer to solve this problem. Tried calling microsoft many many many times- number not in service.

    Any microsoft person in charge of blocked accounts please note that i am for real. My life is noted and filed down my in my emails. Aiman in the new folder is my son. All his photos are there.

    My account was blocked 3 years ago as well but back then the autorecovery system is fantastic and I got it back. somebody please help me- preferably the one in charge of the server which blocks account.

    Online SkyDrive appears empty, despite frequent saves to computer

    Hey all,

    I'm in a very bad place.  I've been religiously saving to my laptop's SkyDrive for months.  I frequently verified the materials saved to SkyDrive, and they were always there in Windows Explorer.  Today, my laptop's hard drive died.  I opened up SkyDrive on the online client and was shocked to find zero files listed, and no drive space used.

    I don't know what to do now.  Did I misunderstand how SkyDrive works?  Is there any possible way that this information might be salvageable?   I'm kicking myself for not checking the online client earlier, but I was confident that saving onto SkyDrive would be sufficient...

    Trying to change Outlook.com primary alias from vista.aero to Outlook.com

    Hello,


    I'm trying to change my primary alias in my Outlook.com email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***


    (Plus - it will not even let me add *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as an alias as I'm informed "This email address is already taken" ...yes...by me! )


    but I'm unable to do so, I get "Your organisation's policies prevent you from changing your primary alias." What does this mean? I don't have an "organisation" just a bog standard run-of-the-mill free email address.


    Can anyone here help, much appreciated.

    Unable to access email because someone changing my password so account has reached limit

    Hi

    I have been experiencing an issue where someone knows my email security question and have subsequently been changing my email password.

    I have since updated my mobile number linked to my account and password in order to improve the security on my account but was unable to change my security question and answer due to my account security needing to be processed following the mobile number changes.

    Following the change I have since had the issue where my new password is now invalid for my email which brings me to believe that someone is of the knowledge of my security question answer.

    Therefore I would like to update more of my security details which I am unable to do because my mobile number needs to be processed with a deadline of 1st November 2013 which gives too much opportunity for someone to once again change my email password.

    Since I got this message by password has once again been changed and now have reached the limit for how many times I can change my password without it being blocked

    Just want to be able to reset my security information completely in order to change it all to a high enough level that I won't get hacked again.

    Hello, my son is experiencing a similar problem with hotmail. He recieved a message saying "it looks like someone else is using your account, and won't let him sign in. We've gone through all the links, completed the questionaire, and all we get back is an email saying we haven't provided enough info. We provided answers to all the questions we were able to, but NO SUPPORT! Who can we contact to have his account reset?
