I am unable to upload anything to Skydrive from any source (PC client, web, mobile). This has been going on for some time now. I have 8.5 GB available, so I'm not out of space. I did receive an email around the same time that I might not be able to change existing files or something like that, which I assumed was related to the larger issue at that time, but that has since been corrected but I am still unable to upload.
Can you help?

hello im having problems with my laptop and want to reinstall my window;'s was wondering if i could basically backup some files and folders on skydrive, If yes where do i save certain files and folders so that when i restore them back to they wont have bad file path's.. i currently running window's vista service pack 2 64-bit Gateway M-7351U

My child's account has the "your account is not ready" issue when she tries to access her live.com email. Please help me resolve.
Also, seeing how many people seem to be experiencing this issue, it would be nice to have a way to fix this ourselves. The error page has a "go to FamilySafety settings" link that doesn't take you to FamilySafety settings at all, but takes you to a support page that does not provide a way to solve the issue.
By the way, I could only categorize this message as "Outlook.com, Skydrive", however, SkyDrive is working fine. It is just the live.com email that is not accessible.
