Question about Outlook Express

Trying to forward an email with attachments. I've tried IE 10 and Firefox 24. The response is Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or refresh the page.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook.  I've cleared my cache and rebooted my computer.

cannot print the entire email

I have been uploading files, photos and videos into SkyDrive from my iPhone 5 and from my Windows Surface Pro. I mainly use the SkyDrive app when loading from my cell. Many of the photos and videos I load are all openable and appear as they should in SkyDrive. However I have several dozen that are generic icons --instead of an image of the actual pic or vid-- and there is a long number underneath each of the icons. If I click on one of them, whether it be a vid or pic, all that opens is a list of info about the pic including the name of what SkyDrive titled the pic which is the nineteen digit number with .jpg at the end if it is a pic and a title that appears to have a date attached if it is a vid with this list as what's included in the pic/vid: the location, the size, the date modified and shared with.

I have two pptx files and a docx in my Skydrive document folder. They appear on my Win8 phone, but when I try to open either one, I'm informed that "You don't have permission to download this file. For help, try contacting the person who manages this site."

I'm trying to access my parent's hotmail account for them since they're old. Unfortunately 24 hrs ago it was telling me "please verify your account" and it showed the beginning of MY email address that was BLOCKED off half way that it would email me a verification code to that email. SO i checked my email for that code and I have no recieved any email regarding that code ever since. Today my parents attempted to sign on to their email again but this time its saying there's an incorrect password. We have tried the questionaires numerous times but they still come out with a "Failure to verify account". My parents said they have VERY IMPORTANT email in that account. I was desperate enough to call the 1-800-386-5550 phone number to try and have someone help me. The first person I got was helpful unfortunately she put me on hold and I got disconnected. The second person I got basically told me I'm not in the right department and refused to help any further unless I had a paid subscription which will no guarantee that the email account would be recovered. I have searched through the help library and everytime I click on an icon it would redirect me back to www.hotmail.com.
