Windows Live Mail FAQ
Skydrive desktop on Windows 8.
One file out of several thousand fails to sync. It's just an ordinary xlsx file of negligible size.
I open the file in Excel (as suggested by the error message) but there is NOTHING that tells me why this one file won't sync.
Any solutions?
Once signed in and hotmal acct opens, I cannot click to open a message without clicking refresh.
I cannot Reply, Fwd, or delete message unless i click refresh at the top header website address.
No function will exicute, unless I manually hit refresh, then the acct is live again, until I click an action, then it goes dead, until I click refresh, and I can usually give it one command before needing to click refresh to allow next action to be selected.
This is required in beten each action and has rendered my acct useless as it is too tedious to use under these conditions.
Does anyon undersand this issue and have a solution for rectifyig this.
I hae no similar issues with my work emails nor my gmail acct on same PC.

I cannot add (invite) any people to Messenger using outlook.com people.
After filling up the email box and hit next, it says that page is unavaiable.

I have tried all the steps listed on the above thread as clean browser cache and try another browsr and another OS. All came in the same conclusion: It is impossible to add anyone.
Is there already a solution for this issue?
Hi I am using outlook.com and have been for a while. I forward several email accounts to my outlook.com address and everything has been great but over the weekend onwards, I seem to have stopped receiving most of my emails?
I have tested by sending an email from a gmail account to each of my forwarded addresses and outlook.com does not receive them (or at least not display them to me!) but some emails are getting through.
Nothing has changed settings/rules wise by me but I have double checked and everything looks fine - I also have a couple of customers who are having the same problem!
If I forward the emails accounts to gmail, gmail receives them... It's like Microsoft are filtering out most emails before they get to me!?
Any help / ideas would be helpful -this is causing a real problem!

Outlook.com is not working.
I have Microsoft account, I can log on to Microsoft account, I can use SkyDrive and Calendars, I can log on to Skype with my Microsoft account.
I'm not able to open Outlook mail via browsers (IE 9 ver. 9.0.811216421, Google Chrome ver. 29.0.1547.76 m or Windows Phone 8 (Nokia Lumia 520). I have cleared caches in all my browsers and tried from different internet provider's networks.
I use Windows 7 Pro 32-bit in one of my laptops, the other one is Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Problem exists in all devices and browsers. If I send mail to my outlook email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) I get an error reply:

The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

Could you please fix the problem, I am willing to give more information if needed. Since I am not able to read my outlook-mail, notifying me to my outlook.com address is unneccessary, instead of you can contact/notify me to my secondary e-mail
